1. Pricing

Prices shown are in Swedish crowns and include VAT at the current prevailing rate of 25%. Prices are subject to change without notification.

2. Delivery

Goods are dispatched by post using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service. Delivery charges, which include postage and packing, are calculated as follows:
Postage and Packing in the Sweden will be charged at a flat rate of 60 sek for up to 2 shirts per order and then 30 sek per extra shirt. Larger orders can be discussed.
Postage and Packing in Europe will be charged at a flat rate of 90 sek for up to 2 shirts per order and then 3- 6 shirts 190 sek , 7-10 shirts 260 sek.
Postage and Packing for other parts of the world are estimated rates of 60 sek for up to 2 shirts per order and then 3- 6 shirts 200 sek , 7-10 shirts 386 sek.

3. Payment

Goods dispatched in Sweden will be invoiced on the day of dispatch and payment will be required no later than 30 days following the date of the invoice.
The following cards are accepted for payment:
Major credit cards: Visa; MasterCard; Maestro; American Express

4. Credit Card Security

All card payments are handled by www.PayPal.com.

5. Payment Terms

For Swedish based account customers, orders will be invoiced on the day of dispatch and payment will be required no later than 30 days following the date of the invoice.
Out of country customers will be invoiced and make payment before shipping.

6. Returns/Refunds

We are happy to replace any goods in the unlikely event that they are faulty. We will normally offer a suitable replacement. In the first instance, please alert us by telephone and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned goods. All faults must be advised within 14 days of delivery.
Returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no longer required must be cleared with us before return (at your expense). We reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty correctly supplied goods.

7. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched.

8. Guarantees

Håkanssons warrants that all goods featured will be free from flaws in workmanship of material, providing that the following conditions have not been breached:

• failure to follow washing instructions
• negligence or wilful damage.
• misuse or alteration
